Disclaimer of Use

Alignment Simple Solutions, LLC (“ALSS”) products are measurement tools intended to assist qualified users in evaluating vehicle and trailer alignment-related conditions. Proper results depend on correct setup, proper use, the condition of the vehicle/trailer and components, the environment, and the user’s interpretation of measurements.

ALSS does not guarantee specific outcomes, including (but not limited to) tire life, fuel economy, handling, tracking, wear patterns, safety performance, or compliance results. Users are responsible for verifying measurements, confirming suitability for their application, and following all applicable safety procedures and regulations.

Intended Use

ALSS tools are designed for professional/commercial applications. The user is responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their equipment, operating conditions, and required standards. ALSS is not responsible for decisions made based on measurements or for actions taken by the user or third parties.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, unmodified, and returned in original condition and packaging, subject to inspection and approval by ALSS. Return requests must be initiated in advance.

• Condition: Items must be in resalable condition and complete.
• Authorization: A return authorization (RMA) is required prior to shipment.
• Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• Inspection: ALSS reserves the right to refuse returns that show use, damage, modification, or missing components.

If approved, eligible returns may be processed as a refund, replacement, or store credit at ALSS’s discretion, based on product condition and availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return (unless required by law or approved in writing by ALSS):

• Used or installed items
• Items returned incomplete or missing components
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or improper installation
• Custom-configured or special-order items (if applicable)
• Digital items or downloadable content (if applicable)

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALSS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or performance of any ALSS product, including lost profits, downtime, loss of use, or cost of substitute equipment or services.

ALSS’s total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.
